Choose the Kit France slatted bed base, a wise choice for those who prefer quality with a solid wood bed base made in France. With over 20 years of expertise in the manufacture of bed bases, ABC MEUBLES guarantees you a slatted bed base that is both durable and comfortable.

This slatted bed base is distinguished by its solid Landes pine structure, offering strength and durability. It is designed with three crosspieces, four legs measuring 20 cm in height and 6 cm in diameter, and a central foot for optimum stability. Its multi-ply slats, measuring 53 mm wide and 8 mm thick, are specifically designed for exceptional comfort in your solid wood bed.

The Kit France slatted bed base is available in six different colours, so it fits perfectly into any interior. Our eco-friendly water-based varnishes are solvent-free and contain no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), guaranteeing a healthy sleeping environment.  For certain finishes, such as raw and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our slatted bed base are finger-jointed.

ATTENTION : this 140x200 slatted base does not have a frame for the mattress, which rests directly on it. We therefore recommend that you check that your mattress complies with the standard dimensions and conforms to EN 1334.
In accordance with standard EN 1334, the actual dimensions of mattresses and box springs without built-in frames must be 0 to 2 cm smaller than the reference dimensions given. 
For example, for the standard size 140x200, it is normal for the actual dimensions to be 138x198 cm.

For those who want a wooden double bed with flush-mount, the Noé model, with a 3 cm edge, is also available.
