Twin beds are two identical single beds, designed to be used side by side or separately as required. It's a flexible solution, ideal for guest rooms, holiday cottages, hotels or children's bedrooms. The slatted base does not have a mattress insert (the mattresses just sit on top), so there is no gap between the two mattresses when the twin beds are used in a 2-seater version.
