Made from solid Landes pine, this slat bed is designed to last. It has 3 solid wood crosspieces, guaranteeing excellent stability. The multi-ply slats, measuring 53 mm wide and 8 mm thick, are specially designed to provide optimum support for your mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Your well-being is our priority. That's why we use an environmentally-friendly water-based varnish, free from solvents and volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. This environmentally-friendly finish makes the Kit France wooden bed with slats a healthy choice for your bedroom.

For certain finishes, such as raw and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our slat bed are finger-jointed. Available in 6 finishes, the Kit France slat bed can be adapted to suit all interior design styles. It also comes in 80x200, 90x190 and 90x200 cm versions.

Designed with four 20 cm legs and a central leg, this slat bed guarantees good balance. Adding taller legs would compromise its stability and invalidate the warranty. What's more, you can use it as a twin bed by adding our binder foot.

ATTENTION : this 80x190 slatted base does not have a frame for the mattress, which rests directly on it. We therefore recommend that you check that your mattress complies with the standard dimensions and conforms to EN 1334.
In accordance with standard EN 1334, the actual dimensions of mattresses and box springs without built-in frames must be 0 to 2 cm smaller than the reference dimensions given. 
For example, for the standard size 80x190, it is normal for the actual dimensions to be 78x188 cm.
