Its structure, made up of four solid square legs and two additional central legs, ensures remarkable stability and optimum comfort.

The edge of the wooden double bed Solido adds a touch of practicality to this elegant piece of furniture, perfect for storing personal items such as your smartphone or glasses. With its elegant finishes, available in six variants made with water-based varnishes, the Solido futon bed is free from solvents and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), guaranteeing a healthy product that respects your home. Choosing a ‘gross’ finish means opting for sanded wood, with no varnish added.

For certain finishes, such as gross and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our futon bed are finger-jointed.

The Solido futon bed is fitted with a wooden slatted base, made up of 36 multi-ply slats 8 mm thick, providing firm, even support for your mattress. The 8 cm recess ensures that your mattress stays in place, guaranteeing a comfortable sleeping experience.

For those looking for other sizes, we also offer versions of the futon bed in 140x190 cm and 160x200 cm.

This 140x200 wooden double bed is compatible with all standard mattresses, regardless of thickness. However, we recommend using an EN1334*-compliant mattress for optimum fit. Brand to avoid with this base: Emma. Our 18 cm thick Montana mattress is an ideal choice to accompany the Solido futon bed.
