Why opt for a trundle bed?
The trundle bed is a clever piece of furniture for those looking to save space while still providing a comfortable bed. With its twin-stacked base frame, it converts into a double bed (except the Maxi model) or two single beds, depending on your needs. This versatile model is also an excellent alternative to a sofa in the living room, as it can be easily unfolded when you have guests.
Why choose a trundle bed from ABC Meubles?
The trundle beds in our range are easy to unfold and adjustable to your needs, allowing you to choose between a double bed (except the Maxi model) or two separate beds. For a double bed with a uniform bedding, simply choose mattresses of the same height.
Made from solid pine from the Landes region, a sustainable and environmentally-friendly material, our beds are sturdy and suitable for all types of interior. You can personalise them with a choice of six finishes, all treated with an ecological, water-based, VOC-free varnish, for a healthy quality that respects your well-being.
Our trundle beds are designed to support up to 120 kg per sleeper, guaranteeing rock-solid sturdiness. Create a sleeping space to suit your tastes with our customisable models.
How do you select the right trundle bed for your needs?
If you're looking for a trundle bed that converts into a double bed, our Malo, Topaze, ABC or Happy models are perfect for you. If you prefer extra storage space without necessarily opting for two beds at the same height, the Maxi model, with its large drawers, is ideal.
For a trundle bed that doubles up as a bench with armrests when folded, the Topaze model is an excellent choice.
We offer a range of sizes, including 80x190, 90x190 and 90x200, so you can find the right size for your space.
What type of mattress is right for a trundle bed?
The mattresses in our range are all compatible with our trundle beds. However, to make it easier to fold the base underneath, we recommend that the bottom mattress is no thicker than 16 cm.
The Marly mattress is an excellent choice. It combines a firm welcome with tonic support, guaranteeing superior comfort for a good night's sleep.
Are trundle beds made in France?
