What is a stackable bed?
Ideal for making the most of the space in a room, the 80x190 stackable bed lets you stack several beds on top of each other. This type of bed is particularly suitable for guest rooms, small flats or children's bedrooms. When stacked, they create a discreet, space-saving piece of furniture that leaves more room on the floor. When unfolded, these stacking beds become comfortable, independent single beds.
How many beds can I safely stack?
You can safely stack up to three beds, without any risk of destabilisation or damage. Sheets can remain in place even after the beds have been stacked, but it is advisable not to leave pillows or duvets on the beds on the lower levels. You can also sleep on all three stacked beds if you wish.
Which mattress is compatible with my 80x190 stackable bed?
The 80x190 stackable bed is designed to accommodate all types of mattress, as long as they are no thicker than 16 cm, which makes for efficient stacking. Our Marly mattress is an excellent choice for your stackable bed. You can also use a stacking bed in isolation, for example in rooms with attics where height is limited.
