The wooden double bed King Solid is a real centrepiece for your bedroom, combining minimalist aesthetics with a robust solid wood design.

This model is designed for those looking for a stylish, durable and environmentally-friendly wooden double bed. Made in France, in our workshop in Normandy, this wooden double bed is the result of national expertise and an eco-design approach. The solid wood bed King Solid is made from solid pine from the Landes region, certified as coming from sustainably managed forests. We offer 6 environmentally-friendly finishes, applied with water-based products that contain no solvents or VOCs (except for the gross finish = without varnish). 

For certain finishes, such as gross and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our wooden double bed are finger-jointed.

The structure of the wooden double bed King Solid is reinforced by two additional cross-members, giving it excellent stability. The four solid wood legs, each with a 9 cm cross-section, provide rock-solid strength, while the two central legs offer extra support, even for the heaviest mattresses. This 140x200 solid wood bed is designed to last and to offer optimum sleeping comfort thanks to even weight distribution.

The integrated base is made up of 36 multi-ply slats, guaranteeing optimum ventilation of the mattress while providing firm support. This system extends the life of the mattress and makes your nights more comfortable. To accompany this wooden double bed, we recommend our Montana mattress, 18 cm thick, perfectly adapted to the dimensions of the frame. For optimum fit, choose a mattress that complies with the EN1334 standard. This standard guarantees dimensions that are slightly smaller (by 0 to 2 cm) than the standard dimensions of the bed frame, ensuring a good fit. Please note: Emma mattresses are not compatible with this base.

Our wooden double bed King Solid is also available in 140x190 or 160x200. And for those looking for even more comfort, Queen size and King size versions are also available.

Très bon matériel et conforme à la commande. Le seul point négatif est le système de fixation des meubles avec les "cavaliers" qui est difficile à fixer et qui grince beaucoup. Sinon, top qualité. Il faudrait changé le système d'assemblage, merci d'avance

Pour la partie finale du montage, il faut être 2 et il y a quelques petites erreurs de placement de vis sur la notice. Sinon très bon produit.
