Looking for a clever way to maximise space while providing extra sleeping comfort? Discover the Maxi trundle bed, the ideal solution for your versatile sleeping needs. This innovative trundle bed is designed to maximise space while ensuring a superior quality of sleep.
The Maxi trundle bed features a practical design that incorporates a second base for extra sleeping space, perfect for guests or family members. With its two integrated storage drawers, this single bed with pull out bed not only provides extra sleeping space, but also practical storage for your belongings. The drawers are made from a 16 mm thick melamine panel for extra rigidity and durability.
To make the trundle bed easier to use, both the bottom bunk and the drawers are mounted on castors, so they move smoothly and effortlessly. This trundle bed is made from solid Landes pine from managed forests, in compliance with ecological standards. The water-based varnish used is available in 6 different finishes, so you can choose the one that best matches your interior design. For the ‘raw’ finish, the wood is only sanded, not varnished.
This pullout bed has 2 faggot-style slatted bases made up of 15 rigid slats (6.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick), providing solid, long-lasting support.
The upper bed is 90x200 and we recommend the Montana mattress with its 18cm thickness. The seat height of the top bunk, with an 18cm mattress, is 70cm. For the lower bed, the dimensions are 90x190cm and the mattress must be no thicker than 13cm (to fit neatly under the upper bed).
For certain finishes, such as unfinished and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our trundle bed are finger-jointed.
Note:
- For safety reasons, the top bed of the trundle bed is not recommended for children under 6.
- When unfolded, the two berths are NOT at the same height. If you want this system, take a look at our Malo, Topaze, Happy and ABC trundle beds.

J'ai commandé 2 lits gigogne avec tiroirs et matelas pour mes enfants. Ils sont ravis. Les lit Mr paraissent solides mais on verra dans le temps. Le seul hic c'est que les tiroirs et le 2nd lit ne sont pas "attachées " au lit principal et se baladant un peu. Un système d'atachent mériterait d'être étudié.
