The double ottoman bed, made from solid wood in our workshop in Normandy, is the perfect option for those looking for an innovative space-saving solution. Made from knot-free solid Landes pine, this ottoman bed is not only extremely sturdy, but also durable enough to guarantee long-term use. To make it even more robust and durable, our double bed with storage has a central panel running the full length of the bed, separating the two storage sections.
Our double ottoman bed comes in 6 finishes (untreated, natural varnish, honey, white, grey and black). The varnish used for our double ottoman bed is water-based, with no solvents or VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), making it healthy for the whole family and for the planet (‘rough’ finish = sanded wood, no varnish). For certain finishes, such as unfinished and natural varnish, you'll notice that some of the wooden parts of our double bed with storage are finger-jointed.
The hidden space under the wooden ottoman bed 's base is bottomless, guaranteeing optimum ventilation for your mattress. This storage space in our double bed with storage allows you to store your blankets and seasonal clothes in a practical and discreet way. No need to worry about lack of space in your bedroom!

Un lit de qualité, bien fini c est un lit d une vraie qualité avec une planche centrale qui renforce le tout le sommier aussi est de très très bonne qualité. Attention juste à bien lire la notice qui n est pas forcément très claire, surtout pour le montage des vérins, une petite indication sous forme de pastille autocollante sur le vérin pour trouver les bons trous aurait été la bienvenue. Mais à part ça franchement rien à redire. Le lit est top il tient super bien et ne grince pas.

Le lit-coffre 2 places en bois est très bien : confortable, pratique et beau. Nous sommes très contents de notre achat. Un petit bémol sur certains points de la notice de montage. Même en étant attentif, l'erreur n'est pas impossible - or si on se rend compte après avoir mis les lattes qu'une partie du sommier est mal monté, impossible de faire machine arrière ! Bref un avertissement supplémentaire quant au sens de montage et/ou un schéma plus lisible serait appréciés pour le montage du sommier.
